Common questions
- What do I need to register a company in Ghana?
- Broadly: a proposed name for clearance, details of directors, shareholders and the company secretary, a registered address, and the stated business activities, together with a Tax Identification Number for the relevant parties. We confirm the current requirements and prepare the filings.
- Our annual returns are overdue. Can that be fixed?
- Yes. Lapsed filings can generally be brought up to date, though penalties may apply for the period of default. Addressing it sooner limits the exposure.
